This is a big week for Major League Baseball. In the American League, the New York Yankees have a road series at Boston and an inter-league series with the Mets.   

The Mets and the Phillies renew what has become a bitter rivalry the last two seasons in the National League East.  

The Atlanta Braves took a step in a new direction by releasing future Hall of Fame pitcher Tom Glavine. They also made a trade with the Pittsburgh Pirates for all star center fielder Nate McLouth. 

Bill Houston talks about Glavine and the Braves with a columnist for Sports Spectrum Magazine, Victor Lee. Victor is also a longtime member of the Baseball Writers Association of America.
